ATTENTION STUDENTS APPLYING FOR THE CLASS OF 2012 THAT WILL BEGIN IN JUNE 2010:

All CASPA applications must have been submitted by October 1, 2009 in order for your application to be processed by the Admissions Committee.

 

For those students who have completed the application to CASPA by October 1, 2009, the SIUC PA Program’s Admissions Committee has extended the following deadlines: 

·         An unofficial transcript for all coursework completed must be emailed or mailed to the Academic Advisor by December 31, 2009. 

·         An official transcript for all coursework completed must be emailed or mailed to the Academic Advisor by January 31, 2010. 

·         All supplemental application information must be submitted by January 31, 2010, with the following exceptions:

o   Graduate School Application and Graduate School Application fee must be submitted by time of interview.

o   CPR certification and completion of Medical Terminology must be completed by the end of the Spring 2010 semester.
